    Tip: ya su! — Casual hello for friends, shops, anyone, any time of day.

    How are you?

    Tip: ti kanis? — The everyday "how's it going"; expect a quick answer, not details.

    Fine, thanks

    Tip: kala, efcharisto — Standard reply to "how are you", even on a so-so day.
