En Estados Unidos el dueño decide sobre todo por tu credit score y tus ingresos; sin historial de crédito estadounidense, muchas veces hace falta un cosigner (aval). El contrato (lease) suele durar 12 meses, y el security deposit te lo devuelven al irte. Presentar la solicitud se paga (application fee), aunque no te den el departamento.
