A Night at the Ciné

Pick a film with a friend, buy tickets, find your seats and chat about it afterwards.

In France new films come out on Wednesdays, and listings show whether a foreign film is in VF (dubbed into French) or VOST (original version with French subtitles). Big chains like Pathé and UGC sell unlimited monthly passes, and there are reduced prices for under-26s. Expect about fifteen minutes of ads and trailers before the film, and in summer many towns run free open-air screenings.
