Concert tickets in France are mostly sold online as e-tickets you show on your phone, and big venues like the Zénith split into 'la fosse' (the standing area in front of the stage) and 'les gradins' (the tiered seats). Expect a bag check at the door, a paid cloakroom, and a support act called 'la première partie'. When the band leaves, the crowd shouts « Une autre ! » to get 'un rappel', an encore.
