Walking a French Colleague Through Your System

Explain how your app, server and database fit together to a new teammate, check they follow, and answer the 'what if it breaks?' questions.

French tech teams, especially in start-ups, almost always use tu with each other, even with the CTO. Tech talk is full of English loanwords said the French way: le back, le front, le cloud, une API (said 'a-pé-i'), déployer. Hosting data in France or the EU matters to many French clients because of the GDPR, which the French call le RGPD.
