Presenting at Work in Spain
Use the set phrases Spaniards rely on to open, structure and close a presentation, and talk about nerves.
Presentations in Spanish offices tend to be informal and direct: speakers use vosotros with the team, signal structure with phrases like 'a grandes rasgos' or 'por un lado... por otro', and promise not to 'enrollarse'. Colleagues are quick with advice and praise afterwards. The cards follow a foreign employee in Madrid preparing with their manager, giving the presentation to the team and getting feedback.
