Flat Hunting in Spain
Easy Spanish expressions for viewing a flat, talking about rent and showing friends your new home.
In Spanish cities most people rent a piso in a block with a comunidad de vecinos; listings say if a flat is exterior (faces the street) or interior, and landlords usually ask for a fianza of one or two months. These cards follow a viewing in Madrid, a call to a friend about the price and a small party in the new flat.
