A Job Interview in Spain
Present yourself, talk strengths and weaknesses, and ask about contract, hours and salary the Spanish way.
Many Spanish interviews switch to tú within a minute, especially in younger companies. Candidates are expected to ask about the contract type (indefinido or temporal), the probation period, summer jornada intensiva and remote days, and salaries are discussed as gross per year. The cards follow one interview from the handshake to 'when will I hear back?'.
