Lost at a Spanish Airport
Asking for gates, terminals, toilets and the way out when you're lost in a Spanish airport.
Madrid-Barajas is huge: Terminal 4 and its satellite T4S are linked by an underground train, and many travellers end up in the wrong place. Staff and other passengers are usually happy to help if you ask politely with usted. The cards follow a traveller who gets lost on the way to their gate, loses their friend, and later can't find baggage reclaim or the metro on the way back.
