Planning the Week's Meals in Spain
Plan lunches and dinners, write the shopping list and batch-cook like a Spanish household.
In Spain the main meal, la comida, is around 2 pm and la cena is light and late, around 9 pm. Many people batch-cook on Sunday and take a táper to work, and the weekly shop happens at the supermarket or the local market. The cards follow a couple in Zaragoza planning a week of meals for themselves and their two kids.
