Moving House in Spain
Hand back a rented flat, book movers and settle into a new place in Spain.
Renting in Spain means a fianza, usually one month's rent, that the landlord returns after checking the flat. Moving day involves narrow lifts, parking a van at the portal and warning the neighbours, and afterwards you put the utilities in your name and re-register on the padrón at the town hall. These cards follow a move across Barcelona from the call to the landlord to the last box.
