Metro and Bus in Spain
Get a travel card, find your line and direction, and ride the metro and bus without missing your stop.
In Madrid you load trips onto a rechargeable transport card at any metro machine, follow lines by number and 'dirección' (the last station), and tap the card on the bus as you get on. Strikes run with servicios mínimos, so trains come less often. The cards follow one trip across town by metro and then bus.
