Praise and Feedback, the Spanish Way

React to someone's work with real Spanish expressions, from "lo has bordado" to "dale otra vuelta".

Spaniards give feedback warmly and directly, mixing big praise ("chapó", "lo has bordado") with honest but softened criticism ("no me acaba de convencer", "dale otra vuelta"). Bluntness is fine among colleagues as long as it comes with "no te lo tomes a mal". The cards follow a design team in Valencia reviewing a new website and then a pitch.
