Recycling and Bottles in Spain
Sort your rubbish into the right coloured bins, take it down at the right time and get rid of old furniture in Spain.
In Spain you sort rubbish into coloured street containers: yellow for plastic and cans, blue for paper, green for glass, brown for food waste and grey for the rest. Most cities ask you to take rubbish down in the evening, and the town hall collects old furniture on set days. A bottle deposit scheme is still being rolled out, so most bottles simply go in the green bin. The cards follow a newcomer in a Valencia flat learning the system.
