In Spanish tech teams code review happens in PR comments and quick calls, with plenty of English mixed in: la PR, los tests, mergear. Feedback is softened with the conditional and small hedges like una tontería or es solo una sugerencia. These cards follow two developers reviewing each other's pull requests.
