Visiting Grandma with the Baby
Simple Spanish phrases for a weekend at the grandparents' with a baby.
Spanish grandparents are very hands-on: many live in the family pueblo and expect regular weekend visits, and they love to feed, wrap up and spoil the grandchildren. Visits revolve around a long lunch, the baby's siesta and grandparents offering to babysit. The cards follow a parent planning a visit to their partner's parents in a village near Salamanca and leaving the baby with them for an hour.
