Booking and Rescheduling in Swedish

Proposing, moving and cancelling appointments — the phrases every receptionist hears.

One phone call to the dental clinic, in call order: ask for a slot, negotiate days and times (halv and kvart över included — mind the backwards halves), confirm, learn the cancellation rules, and book the next check-up before hanging up. The boka family rules this deck: boka, boka om, avboka — three verbs, three different futures.
