Conseil municipal, signalements au 311 et engagement dans son quartier.

La participation locale aux États-Unis est ouverte et efficace : le conseil municipal (city council) se réunit en public et chacun peut y prendre la parole deux ou trois minutes. Un signalement au 311 (numéro municipal non urgent) fait vraiment réparer routes et éclairage.
