الأمريكيون يرسلون المال لبعضهم بتطبيقات مثل Venmo وZelle وCash App، خاصة لتقسيم حساب المطعم أو دفع الإيجار لزميل السكن. Zelle يحوّل من بنك لبنك فوراً ولا يمكن استرجاعه، لذلك هو المفضل عند المحتالين.
