الفرق بين much و many في الإنجليزية
many لما يُعدّ (books, people). much لما لا يُعدّ (water, time, money). وa lot of للاثنين.
many مع الأشياء التي تُعدّ (بصيغة الجمع): many apples, many people, How many? much مع الأشياء التي لا تُعدّ: much water, much time, much money, How much?
في السؤال والنفي: much و many (I don't have much time — Are there many people?). في الجملة المثبتة يقول الناس عادةً a lot of، وتصلح لما يُعدّ ولما لا يُعدّ: I have a lot of friends, we have a lot of time.

خطأ شائع
الخطأ: How many money? الصحيح: How much money? (المال لا يُعدّ). الخطأ: There are much people. الصحيح: There are a lot of people (الناس يُعدّون).
