The apartment viewing
A second-hand rental viewing — size and rent, what's included, first-hand versus sublet, the landlord's approval, the deposit someone wants 'today', and the questions that keep your money safe.
Swedish rentals come with their own vocabulary: förstahand and andrahand, deposition, uppsägningstid, godkännande. They also come with pressure to pay a deposit on the spot. This deck is one viewing where you ask everything, see the paperwork, and pay nothing before the contract.
