The moving-out correspondence, letter by letter: the notice (jag säger härmed upp, tre månader, skriftlig bekräftelse), the deposit defense (detta utgör normalt slitage, jag godtar inte kravet, enligt besiktningsprotokollet), the escalation ladder (upprepade tillfällen, Hyresgästföreningen, rekommenderat brev), the queue letters (vilken köplats har jag? sedan 2019), the sublet application, the rent challenge (jag vill få hyran prövad — annars hyresnämnden) — all closed with the twin sign-offs.
