If something on Sproken breaks our Acceptable Use Policy, infringes your rights, or is otherwise unlawful, tell us and we will look at it.

- Where the content is — the lesson, deck, exercise or screen, and a screenshot if you have one
- What is wrong with it, in your own words
- If you are reporting an infringement of your own rights, what the right is and that you own it
- How to reach you if we need to ask a follow-up question

We are a small team and we do not monitor this inbox around the clock. If you believe someone is at immediate risk of harm, contact your local emergency number before you contact us.
What happens next
We confirm we have received your report and review it against the Acceptable Use Policy and the law that applies. Depending on what we find, we may remove the content, restrict the account behind it, or take no action if the report falls outside those rules.
We will not share your identity with the person you reported unless we are legally required to.
