Fasting Words

Basic words for talking about fasting: the day's rhythm, how you feel, breaking the fast and sharing a meal.

Many people in Sweden fast for part of the year, for faith or for health. These words help you talk about it, from dawn and sunset to hunger, energy at work and the meal that ends the day.
