Horse Riding
Ridskola, mocka, ridhus — the language of the Swedish riding school.
The stable world in order: the horses themselves (sto, valack, hingst), the premises (ridhus, hage, box), the chores that come before riding (mocka, kratsa hovarna, hönätet), the tack (sadel, träns, sadelgjord), the gait ladder (skritt → trav → galopp), the instructor's four eternal commands (hälarna ner, rak i ryggen, titta framåt, mjuka händer), the falls (alla gör det — sitta upp igen direkt) — ending with the reward: en häst som känner igen dig, och kommer till grinden.
