Personal ID number: getting one and giving it

What you say when you don't have a personal number yet, when you register at Skatteverket, apply for an ID card and read your number out on the phone.

Without a personnummer you hit a wall at the health centre, the bank and the gym. Follow Kim from that first wall, through Skatteverket's service office, to finally reading the number out on the phone.
