Registering at Arbetsförmedlingen
Day one of unemployment: registering online, the first planning call with a case officer, and the monthly activity report that keeps the money coming.
In Sweden you register with Arbetsförmedlingen on your first day without work — not the week after. Registration is online with BankID, then a case officer calls for a planning conversation. From then on you file an activity report every month, and if you have a-kassa, that report is what keeps your benefit flowing. This deck follows one person through all three steps.
