Invoicing Words

The nouns on a Swedish invoice and in the accounting software.

A Swedish invoice, read top to bottom: the header block (fakturadatum, förfallodag, betalningsvillkor, referenser), the line items (à-pris, antal, delsumma), the tax block (momssats, F-skatt, omvänd skattskyldighet), the payment rails (bankgiro, OCR), then the darker sequence when payment fails — påminnelse → dröjsmålsränta → inkassokrav → betalningsföreläggande → betalningsanmärkning — and the contract shelf at the bottom, from offert to uppdragsgivare.
