Step-Free Access

Wheelchairs, walkers and buildings that were not built for them.

Accessibility, asked and answered plainly: the scouting questions (är huset tillgängligt? finns det en ramp?), the lift specs (rullstolsanpassad — or för smal), the help etiquette in both directions (vill du ha hjälp? nej tack, det går bra / ja tack, gärna), the barrier inventory (tröskeln, den tunga dörren, knappar som sitter för högt) — and the sentence that explains why lift maintenance is justice: när hissen går sönder kommer jag inte ut.
