Calling for Help on the Intercom

What the emergency line asks, and how to answer it.

Stuck between floors, on the intercom: making contact (hallå, hör ni mig?), the situation report (vi sitter fast, vi är två, det är ett barn med oss), the location protocol (address, uppgång, the lift's own number), the safety questions and instructions (stanna kvar, bryt inte upp dörrarna) — through to the sentence that ends every entrapment: nu är de här.
